Part V - Payment Terms

Please submit the completed application form along with participation fee to S S Textile Media Pvt. Ltd. Booth/Space will be allotted on receipt of total charges, along with the duly completed application form.

If the Exhibitor cancels all or part of the Exhibit package/space contracted for hereunder, the Exhibitor shall pay to the organizer a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the contract value if the cancellation occurs prior to July 20, 2012. The Organiser shall be entitled to 100% of the contract value in the event of a cancellation by Exhibitor after July 20, 2012.

Payment shall be made by Bank draft / Telegraphic transfer in favour of “S S Textile Media Pvt. Ltd. A/c Yarnex”, payable at Bangalore. Bank charges should not be deducted from the remitted amount.

Part VI - Company Stamp and Signature

We hereby apply for participation in the Yarnex 2012. We also agree to abide by the “Exhibition Rules & Regulations” set out by the Organiser in the Exhibitor Manual and further agree and acknowledge that such “Exhibition Rules & Regulations” form part of our agreement with the Organiser in connection with participation in the Yarnex 2012. We understand that information appearing in this application form may be included into the Organiser's databank and further, that the Organiser and its associated companies may make use of such information for the promotion of the Yarnex 2012 or for other promotional purposes. We agree and acknowledge that the Organiser and its associated companies bear no responsibility for any error or omission.
